The pace figures describe what has already happened, and the projection tool is arithmetic on a pace the reader chooses, not a prediction that the pace will hold. Cut-offs retrogress, annual limits reset, and demand is never published, so a projected date is a what-if and nothing more. The tool reports its own measured error for exactly that reason.

No date it produces is a guarantee, a commitment, or an estimate this site stands behind. It is a sum on an assumption the reader supplied. Nobody, here or anywhere, can say when a cut-off will reach a particular priority date.
