What this is
ReceiptNotice publishes the US Visa Bulletin in a form that answers the question people actually arrive with: where does the queue stand, and how fast is it moving. Every cut-off in every category, every month, with the movement between issues calculated rather than left for the reader to work out.
Why movement rather than a snapshot
A single month tells a reader almost nothing. A cut-off of April 2022 means one thing if it advanced eight months last year and something entirely different if it advanced one. Publishing the series, and the pace against real time, turns a static figure into something that can be understood.
What it will not do
It does not predict. It does not tell anyone what to file, when to file, or what their chances are. It has no accounts, no tracking of individual cases, and no form that sends personal information anywhere. The priority date checker runs entirely in the browser precisely so that nothing needs to be collected. A date is kept on the device only if the reader asks for it, and it never leaves.
The site does carry advertising: Google ads appear on its pages, and that is how it is paid for. What that means for cookies, for personalized advertising, and for the choices a reader has is set out on the privacy page. It is separate from the priority date checker, which still sends nothing anywhere.
